2024 Fengyang County Public Institutions Open Recruitment Staff Qualification Review Notice

In accordance with the provisions of the "2024 Fengyang County Public Institution Open Recruitment Staff Announcement", the relevant matters of qualification review are hereby notified as follows:

1. Qualification review object

According to the candidates' written test scores from high to low scores, according to the number of recruitment positions, according to the ratio of 3:1 to determine the personnel participating in the professional test, the last one if there are several candidates with the same written test scores, together with the determination of candidates to participate in the professional test. If the total score of the two written tests is less than 150 points or the candidate's score is less than 60 points, the candidate will be disqualified from entering the qualification review link.

2. Time and place of qualification review

Time: April 26, 2024 (Friday), 8:30-12:00 a.m., 14:30-17:30 p.m., candidates are requested to bring relevant materials to participate in the on-site qualification review on time.

3. Required materials

The qualification review shall be carried out according to the qualifications stipulated in the recruitment announcement and the photos and information provided by the applicants during the online registration. If there is a vacancy in the candidates, the written test results will be filled in equal amounts within the specified time from the highest score to the lowest score, and the replacement will only be carried out once.

During the qualification review, the applicant shall provide the original valid resident ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, relevant certificates and certificates required by the recruitment position (the original and copies of the above materials must be provided), as well as the online printed registration qualification review form, written examination admission ticket, and the "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" on the academic information network. Thereinto:

(1) If you are a full-time 2024 graduate who has not yet obtained the graduation certificate, you must also provide your original student ID, "Employment Recommendation Form" or a written certificate issued by the school, and your written commitment to the graduation certificate major is consistent with the major of the position you are applying for, and other materials such as academic qualifications and degrees must be obtained before the employment is approved) (Annex 2).

(2) For part-time academic education that has completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the grades in each subject, and graduated in 2024 but has not yet obtained the graduation certificate, the written certificate of the academic level, graduation time, and "graduated in 2024, has completed all the courses specified in the teaching plan, passed the results of each subject, and the graduation certificate (degree certificate) will be issued before the month of 2024" issued by the school or the provincial or municipal education department responsible for self-study examinations, adult education, etc. My written commitment that the major of the graduation certificate is consistent with the major of the position applied for (certificates such as academic qualifications and degrees must be obtained before the approval of employment).

(3) Holders of academic certificates from universities of Hong Kong and Macao must also provide certificates recognized by the national education administrative departments, and holders of foreign academic certificates must also provide academic certificates from relevant departments of the Ministry of Education.

(4) Those who apply for the position of "service grassroots project" personnel must also provide a certificate (appraisal form) of the service grassroots level, and the retired soldier must provide an enlistment notice (or a copy of the enlistment approval stub) and retirement certification materials. "College student village officials" shall provide the original and photocopy of the college student village official service certificate issued by the provincial-level organization department; "special post teachers" shall provide the original and photocopy of the teacher service certificate of the special post plan for school teachers in the rural compulsory education stage issued by the provincial-level education department; the personnel of the "three branches and one support" shall provide the original and photocopy of the "three support and one support" service certificate for college graduates supervised by the national "three support and one support" work coordination and management office and issued by the provincial "three support and one support" work coordination and management organization; College students serving the western region should provide the original and photocopy of the service card uniformly produced by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the appraisal form of the college students' volunteer service plan in the western region (the service period must be at least two years).

(5) If the recruitment position requires "more than two years of professional related work experience", relevant supporting materials must also be provided: if there is a labor (employment) contract, the original contract shall be provided

Photocopy: If there is no labor (employment) contract, a written certificate issued by the employer (with a seal) shall be provided. If it is necessary to accumulate time, relevant certification materials of multiple units shall be issued. The duration of work experience is calculated on a monthly basis and the cut-off date is July 2024.

(6) Those who have met the conditions for teacher qualification certification and participated in the 2024 teacher qualification certification can present the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" (query and download on the "Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination Network") and the Putonghua proficiency test score certificate. 202401084. 202401085. If there is no teacher qualification certificate for 202401086 position, the original and photocopy of the relevant professional vocational qualification certificate or vocational skill level certificate shall be provided.

(7) The official staff of organs and institutions must also provide the certificate of consent of the unit and the competent department to apply for the examination according to the cadre personnel management authority (see Annex 3 for details of the certificate of consent to apply for the examination).

4. Other matters

After the qualification review work is completed, the list of professional testers and professional test notices will be published on the website of the Fengyang County People's Government, and the candidates who have passed the qualification review are requested to pay attention in time, and log in to the "Puzhong Internet Personnel Examination Online Registration Service Platform - Fengyang County" within the specified time to pay the professional test fee and print the "Professional Test Notice".

5. Special Tips

1. The documents and materials provided by candidates during the qualification review must be complete, true and valid, and consistent with the information filled in by the candidate in the online registration. Anyone who has passed the qualification examination by fraud and the actual situation does not conform to the requirements of the application conditions will be disqualified from the examination and employment once it is verified.

2. Candidates must attend the qualification review on time in person. Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up their professional test qualifications.
