Macro markets
The two cities showed a trend of first declining and then rising last week.
● In the first two trading days, the two markets fluctuated and weakened, and the Shanghai Composite Index briefly fell below 3,000 points during the session. On the disk, most of the industry sectors closed down. The coal sector led the gains against the market, while the household appliances, banking, and food and beverage sectors led the gains. The comprehensive sector led the decline, the social service sector fell sharply, the cultural tourism sector performed weakly, the environmental protection, textile and apparel, and light industry manufacturing sectors led the decline, and the AI-related sectors also performed weakly.
After three trading days, the two markets rose and fell, and the Shanghai Composite Index once stood above the 3,100-point mark. On the disk, the industry sector generally closed in the red. The national defense and military industry sector led the gains; the low-altitude economic concept maintained its popularity; the chemical sector went well, and the phosphorus chemical industry and soda ash were active; the steel, automobile, and building decoration sectors rose first; and most sectors such as household appliances, building materials, and nonferrous metals rose. The food and beverage sector weakened against the market and became the only sector to close in the red. Science and technology stocks showed a volatile and weakening trend this week, with individual stocks falling more and rising less.

Last week, the sectors with better performance in Shenwan's primary industry included household appliances, banks, coal, non-bank finance, building decoration, etc., and the weaker sectors included comprehensive, social services, trade and retail, media, light industry manufacturing, etc.

In the U.S. market, the Dow fell slightly, and the S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell. In Europe, Germany's DAX and Britain's FTSE 100 fell. In the Asia-Pacific market, the Nikkei 225 index fell more sharply throughout the week.
