Transportation is the vein of the economy and the link of civilization, and it is also the main battlefield of "ecological priority and green development". The Guiping Expressway, which started construction last year, adheres to the concept of green environmental protection throughout the whole process of construction, brings green construction, and makes the road "long" between green mountains and green waters.
In the T9 contract section of the Guiping Expressway in Guiding County, Qiannan Prefecture, engineers are building a "health water circulation system" formed between the bridge deck of the Wulong River Bridge and the tertiary sedimentation tank.
The Bridge is located in the National Wetland Park and is an ecologically sensitive area. In order to protect the ecological environment, the project team connected the bridge box girder spray pipe, bridge deck drainage pipe and tertiary sedimentation tank during construction, and realized the water circulation and zero discharge between the bridge deck and the tertiary sedimentation tank through the method of "one in and one out". After the opening of traffic, the three-stage sedimentation tank will be transformed into a permanent bridge deck drainage and sedimentation system to achieve the engineering benefits of "permanent integration".
Chen Ruizhe, chief engineer of the T9 contract section of Guiping Expressway of Guizhou Communications Construction Group, told reporters that they can save more than 300,000 yuan in project cost through the combination of eternal and two-in-one, and more importantly, avoid the damage to the ecology of the Pendun River during the construction process, and reduce the impact on the Pendun River Wetland Park after opening to traffic as much as possible.
It is understood that Guiping Expressway is an important section of the Guiyang-Beihai Expressway in the "National Highway Network Planning", which will be the most convenient passage from Guiyang to Nanning after completion, and is also an important part of the western land-sea corridor. At the beginning of the construction of the project, the construction of the "Five Beauties Project" including ecological beauty was proposed.
The Lami River Bridge of Guiping High-speed Control Project is the widest asymmetrical steel tube arch bridge in the mainland highway under construction, with a total length of 206 meters, a net span of 176 meters, a bridge deck of about 108 meters from the water surface, and a height difference of 14 meters between the arches on both sides. The bridge deck spans the Lami River, the Hongshui River system in the Pearl River Basin.
Kuang Huajiang, head of the Guiping T18 contract section of Guizhou Communications Construction Group, said: "The asymmetrical steel tube arch bridge we specially designed can reduce the excavation area by about 2,500 square meters and the volume by 33,000 cubic meters. The excavation adopts cold excavation and controlled blasting to avoid direct blasting and stones falling into the river. ”
Guiping Expressway starts from Wudang District, Guiyang City, ends at the junction of Guizhou and Guangxi, and connects Guangxi Tian'e to Beihai Expressway under construction, with a total length of 174 kilometers, and will become the most convenient highway passage from Guiyang to Nanning after completion.
Feng Xu, general manager of Guiping Company, a subsidiary of Guizhou Communications Construction Group, said in an interview with reporters: "So far, the total investment in Guiping Expressway has been completed by 46%, and I hope that after the completion of Guiping Expressway, it will achieve the artistic conception of "cars in the mountains, people in the middle of the painting".
