1. First, use the first assistant editing master software to process the content of the A text document, enter the "Single Text Editor", and copy and paste the content of the A text document into the blank box of the Single Text Editor
2. Then copy and paste the symbol "----" in the text into the "Table Column Separator" above, and click "Text to Table" to convert the text content into a table
3. Then, select and set the option on the right side of the interface to the second column of the table, click the delete button, and delete all the contents of the second column with one click, only the first column is kept
4. Click "Text View" to change the table form to text form, so that you can further select all the text content and right-click to copy
5. Create a new EXCEL sheet named "2" in the same location of folder b on your computer, and paste the copied text content into tables A1 and A2
6. Open the file batch name change master, enter the "File Batch Management Task" section of the "File Intelligent Management Box", and import all TXT text documents in folder b, which can be imported with one click by "Add Files" or "Add Files in Folder".
7. Toggle the task name to the "Sort by file name" option, and set the file name containing "a" (enter any content) to copy or move (select copy during testing) to the destination folder
8. Remember to enter the "Browse" window, select the save path of the destination folder, you can create a new folder in the same path as the b folder and name it "C" as the save path
9. Click "Add this task" to send the task to the task list, right-click the task in the list, and select the "Copy Task" option
10. Paste the copied task into B1 of the EXCEL sheet, and enter the editing state, add and modify the task in the upper edit bar, and change it to: classify the file by file name< <fileren>>copy the file name: [{contain}] keyword: [{rvv06324}] to the target folder: [{D:\test\C}], and do not delete the file in the original destination folder before execution.
11. After modifying, go back to B1 of the table, place the cursor in the lower right corner of the cell and drag a row down to automatically generate the second task, which supports the rapid generation of multiple tasks
12. Select all B1 and B2, right-click on the drop-down list that appears, and select "Copy Options" to copy these two tasks
13. Go back to the software interface, paste these two tasks into the sequence number 1 and sequence number 2 of the task list, and click Start Execution
14. After the execution is completed, open the folder to view, and the results are clear at a glance, indicating that it is very successful to find the same keyword files by categorizing and moving them to other folders
