On April 18, on the occasion of the 2024 World Intellectual Property Day and the 24th National Intellectual Property Publicity Week, the "Intellectual Property Jiayou Station: Brand Innovation and Sustainable Development - Huangpu District Women's Theme Activity" co-sponsored by the District Women's Federation, the District Court and the District Intellectual Property Office, and co-organized by the Huangpu District Women Entrepreneurs Association, the Huangpu "Luminous People" Women's Lecturer Group, Shanghai Chenhao Intellectual Property Agency (General Partnership), and Beijing Yuecheng Law Firm Shanghai Branch Held in the business activity hall of the District Government Affairs Service Center, nearly 70 female representatives from various fields in Huangpu participated in the event.

From July 1, 2024, the revised "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" will be officially implemented, in order to help the guests to grasp the adjustment and changes of the content in a timely manner, Yue Xuefei, deputy head of the Huangpu "Luminator" women's lecturer group and director of the Shanghai branch of Beijing Yuecheng Law Firm, explained the new requirements of the revision of the "Company Law" on corporate compliance from the perspective of intellectual property investment and shareholding, and elaborated in depth the impact of relevant changes on the decision-making and implementation of major matters in the company's operation.
