In 2015, "brick kilns" were banned. Kong Lingshu focused on the problem of rural housing construction, he proposed the overall solution of "low-rise prefabricated concrete wall panel structure" for rural housing construction, and cooperated with Hebei University of Engineering and Handan Asia-Pacific Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd. to carry out a large number of scientific experiments to verify the safety and economy of the program, and was widely used in the construction of beautiful villages, the construction of central villages, and poverty alleviation and relocation projects, and built a safe, comfortable and durable green energy-saving building for the people.
