In recent years, Nanning City, Guangxi Province has deepened the model of "cooperatives + bases + farmers", explored the establishment of strong village companies to integrate resources, revitalize elements, open up the chain, and continuously develop and expand the village-level collective economy.
Due to the large number of people and the lack of land, the industrial development of Baowei Village in Suwei Town, Nanning City has been weak for many years, and the lack of leading enterprises has led to the difficulty of increasing the income of the village collective economy. The strength of the village is insufficient, so it is strengthened by the town, and Nanxi Chaoyang Investment Co., Ltd. came into being.
Luo Enhua, Secretary of the Party Committee of Suwei Town, introduced that the Qiangcun Company was formed by integrating the superior resources of 16 villages (communities) in the town, relying on the enterprise operation of the cooperative to create a new engine for the village-level collective economy.
The town has raised 1.6 million yuan of start-up funds to undertake multi-field businesses, and will distribute 50% of the profits to the collective economy of each village (community), enhance the hematopoietic function of the village collective economy, and build a platform for joint agriculture with agriculture and group development.
Luo Enhua introduced that Qiangcun Company continued to revitalize and integrate the town's capital, land, technology, manpower and other resources, and drove villagers to increase production and income by undertaking rural revitalization socialized service projects, shareholding dividends, land transfer, and working in the park.
Suwei Town adopts the model of "village collective economic organization + social enterprise + strong village company" to revitalize idle land to build a carton processing plant project, which has strengthened the village-level collective economy. In just one year, the business scope of Qiangcun Company in Suwei Town has expanded from traditional agricultural projects to vehicle leasing services, community cold storage, cultivated land protection, engineering construction and other fields. In 2023, the collective economic income of all 16 villages (communities) in Suwei Town will exceed 100,000 yuan.
Suwei Town's "Strong Village Company +" has broken the previous single-handed, fragmented business mode, and formed a village-level collective economic development state of "village shareholding, village participation, and village dividends". At present, in Nanning, a total of 131 strong village companies have been established in 12 counties (cities and districts), and the development of the collective economy has entered the fast lane.
