On the day of the event, the staff demonstrated the food rapid inspection process, demonstrated the process and links of food safety supervision, and carefully explained the knowledge of food safety laws and regulations, food safety standards, food safety knowledge, etc., so that parents and teachers have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of food safety.
At the same time, the activity also actively popularized the knowledge of norovirus prevention, food poisoning prevention, canteen processing safety, etc., guided parents and teachers to enhance food safety awareness, master relevant legal knowledge, learn to identify fake and shoddy food, carry out protection of rights and interests in accordance with the law, put an end to food waste, and develop good habits of civilized dining, strict thrift, and opposition to waste.
The purpose of this activity is to enhance the food safety awareness of parents and teachers, ensure the healthy growth of children, build a safety line of defense for children, improve the awareness and attention of parents and teachers about food safety, and strengthen the cooperation between communities and homes to jointly promote the construction of a safe campus.
