April 15 is the ninth National Security Education Day in mainland China, and it is also the 10th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's overall national security concept. In order to thoroughly implement the overall national security concept and enhance the public's awareness of national security, on the afternoon of April 11, the Political and Legal Committee of the Xiapu County Party Committee, in conjunction with the County Safety Office, the Anti-Crime Office, the Law Society and other units, under the organization of the National Security Committee of the County Party Committee, came to Funing Cultural Park to carry out the National Security Education Day Law Popularization Publicity Activity with the theme of "The 10th Anniversary of the Overall National Security Concept Innovation and Leadership".
During the activity, the volunteers of the New Era Civilization Practice Volunteer Team popularized national security knowledge to the masses by hanging propaganda slogans, placing propaganda display boards, distributing publicity materials and brochures, guiding online signatures, etc., focusing on laws and regulations such as the National Security Law, the Counter-Terrorism Law, and the Counter-espionage Law, combined with typical cases, to popularize national security knowledge to the masses, so that the masses can understand what national security is and how to protect national security, and guide the masses to consciously establish the awareness that everyone is responsible for safeguarding national security.
In front of the propaganda platform, many people stopped and asked the volunteers to learn about the relevant contents of the "anti-cult," and the volunteers gave patient and meticulous answers one by one, guiding them to sign and answer questions on the Internet, to dispel superstition, to advocate science, to stay away from cults, and not to listen, read, believe, or pass on the remarks of cults. At the same time, the volunteers also called on everyone to report to the public security organs in a timely manner if they discover clues about violations and crimes related to cults, and the police and the people should join hands to sing the main theme of opposing evil cults and create a peaceful, harmonious, and civilized social atmosphere.
More than 300 copies of various propaganda materials were distributed and more than 300 people were consulted by the masses, which further expanded the awareness rate of relevant laws on national security, enhanced the public's awareness of anti-fraud, anti-cult, and railway road safety, and promoted the concept of national security to take root in the hearts of the people.
