In 2023, the Linxia basketball team represented Gansu Province to participate in the first farmers' basketball tournament in the nine provinces (regions) of the Yellow River Basin and the northwest division of the National Hemei Rural Basketball Competition (Village BA), and won the championship, advanced to the national "Village BA" finals, and won the fourth place in the first national "Village BA" finals.
