In order to make up for the damage to the ecological environment caused by the environmental violations of the compensation obligor, the ecological restoration obligation is fulfilled by purchasing fish fry for breeding and release. A total of 50,000 fish fry worth nearly 100,000 yuan were released in this fish breeding and release activity, which further improved the water environment quality of the Mabian River Basin. Through the breeding and release activities, it aims to play the role of publicity and education of "disposing of one, warning one group, and educating one", improve the awareness of ecological civilization in the whole society, and enhance the ideological consciousness and action consciousness of the whole people in ecological environmental protection.
In the next step, the legal inspection of Mabian, Muchuan and Qianwei counties will further do a good job in the judicial protection of the ecological environment, give full play to the role of environmental resources adjudication, severely crack down on illegal fishing and other crimes related to ecological and environmental resources, and open a new chapter in the judicial protection of the ecological environment in the Mabian River Basin.
