One of the most influential artists of the 20th century, Jeff Koons has set many records at auction in the world, including Hanging Heart at Sotheby's New York in 2007 for $23.56 million, and Rabbit at Christie's in New York in 2019 for $91.07 million.
"Sacred Heart" is a key work in Jeff Koons's iconic "Celebration Series", which has been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Mori Art Museum in Tokyo. Among the 5 works in the "Sacred Heart" series, the remaining 4 pieces are collected by palace-level art museums or the world's top collectors, and are not easily displayed to the public.
