Instructor introduction
The first public welfare class will invite Liu Manli, a psychological counselor from the city's "one-stop" diversified conflict and dispute resolution center, a mental health teacher and researcher of the Education and Sports Center of Heze Luxi New District, a system arranger, a youth running teacher, and a heart puppet small object arranger. Teacher Liu Manli will use the theme of "Aware of the Source of Women's Emotions", combined with her personal experience, to help you find the source of emotions in the workplace and family, be aware of the true feelings in your heart, and channel negative emotions.
Course time and place
The first phase of the "Hexin'an" women's mental health class will be held at 9:00 a.m. on April 21 in classroom 312 on the third floor of the Municipal Women and Children's Activity Center of the Civic Cultural Center.
