Who is eligible to participate
Music lovers in universities, middle schools and primary schools in Yunnan Province and cities across the country, as well as students of professional colleges and social art training centers.

How to participate
- From April 8th to May 5th, the school selected contestants to register with the registration form (electronic and paper version) of each school. Players from Hekou County can go to the Hekou County Financial Media Center to register for the competition.
- The age of the contestants must be true, and the staff will check the original household registration or ID card when registering. If you violate the regulations or commit fraud, once it is found, your qualification and competition results will be cancelled.
- All contestants will check in and participate in the competition at the event venue according to the schedule published by the WeChat official account of "Guomen Hekou", and those who fail to meet the competition on time will be treated as abandoned.

Venue of the competition
Red River Division: China-Korea International Art Festival in Mengzi City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province
National Finals: Kunming, Yunnan Province (the specific number and location are subject to the notice of the organizing committee)
Festival highlights:
1. Supporters: Officially supported by the Korea Tourism Organization and the Liaoning Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries;
2. Art Ambassador: The famous pianist Yuan Jie serves as the art ambassador of the art festival;
3. Scale of the competition: Covering 62 universities across the country, more than 200 top international experts participated in the review, with a total of 58,000 contestants;
4. Finals Prize: The first place winner in the Youth Open Group of each event in the finals will receive a prize of 400,000 won, and the contestants will fight for honor.
5. Public welfare: This competition will set up a special group for special populations, which will be free to participate in and pay attention to more people in need in the society;
6. Double certificate blessing: The contestants have obtained the competition ranking certificate and artistic quality certificate, which meets the needs of the contestants' future music development;

Age Breakdown and Event Grouping
Remarks:
1. All levels of preliminary and final contestants can change the music, and it is recommended that the competition music with accompaniment should be accompanied by piano.
2. There is no restriction on the combination of instruments for the ensemble and ensemble, but each person must be guaranteed to play one part, without a conductor, and there is no age limit for the conductor. Electroacoustic instruments are not allowed in ensembles and ensembles.
3. The level of the examination group is based on the repertoire of each level of examination textbooks across the country, and the level specified in the examination textbooks submitted for registration shall prevail.
4. If you are unable to participate in the competition due to special circumstances, the number of participants in the ensemble group cannot be replaced, and the number of participants in the ensemble group cannot exceed 30% of the total number of participants, and the other groups cannot be replaced, and the registration fee paid will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to others or used as another competition fee.
The organizing committee provides musical instruments such as pianos, double-row keys (within two), drums, etc., and other musical instruments need to be brought by the contestants. The specific situation is arranged according to the organizing committee of the competition area.

Tournament Rules
1. There is no restriction on the nationality of all contestants: teachers and students of music majors in music schools, art colleges, secondary art schools, music schools, comprehensive colleges and universities, and professional art groups can participate in the competition.
2. The judges have the right to interrupt the performance of the contestants or require the contestants to perform a specific passage, but this will not affect the results of the contestants.
3. The judges have the final decision on the scoring of the contestants.
4. Finalists can choose to participate in up to two categories at the same time, but must complete the application form separately. Each application form only accepts one category of competition, please refer to the details column for details.
5. All contestants shall be responsible for the selection or finals and related expenses.
6. The same repertoire can be used for the Auditions and Finals.
7. If the contestant needs to play the accompaniment, he or she needs to indicate it on the registration form and send it to the designated email address within the specified time.
8. The first, second and third prize winners in the finals will have the opportunity to receive their prizes on stage.
9. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust or vacate awards according to the level of contestants.
10. If a contestant violates any of the competition rules, the organizing committee has the right to disqualify him/her.
11. Contestants must participate in the competition on time, and violators will be forfeited.
12. The information provided by the contestants is for competition purposes only and must be true. Anyone who violates the rules will be disqualified.
13. The registration fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable or non-transferable.
14. No person is allowed to take photographs, audio or video recordings in the competition venue, and all video copyrights belong to the Organizing Committee.
15. The order of the contestants shall be sorted according to the order of the host's on-site calling; The order of entries in the selection competition is sorted by project and group.
16. Winners are obliged to attend the award ceremony and performance.
