Based on the decision-making and deployment of "new industrialization" and the development orientation of "green aluminum deep processing gathering area" of Fuyuan County Party Committee and county government, in accordance with the requirements of "best service, lowest cost and fastest service", we take the development of the service park as our own responsibility, and provide "close-fitting", "one-stop" and "nanny-style" services for the enterprises in the park with heart and affection. Seizing the favorable opportunity of the construction of the industrial park, through the establishment of labor dispatch companies, agricultural comprehensive development service cooperatives, and the construction of transitional farmers' markets in the park, we have continuously cultivated and strengthened the village collective economy, generating more than 100 yuan of income every year, and injecting "living water from the source" into the development of the community. Since 2018, a total of more than 6,200 laborers have been exported to the industrial park, and the per capita wage has been stable at more than 4,000 yuan for a long time, boosting high-quality employment at the doorstep of the masses and realizing the "two correctness" of making money and caring for the family. At the same time, explore the establishment of a grassroots governance model of "feeding" the village collective economy, and spend more than 400,000 yuan every year on infrastructure construction, assessment and rewards, public welfare undertakings, happy tables, and practical matters of people's livelihood of "one old and one young", which enhances the sense of gain, happiness and satisfaction of the masses, and enhances the cohesion, centripetal force and appeal of the community.

Take the special action of popularizing the law to strengthen the foundation and make up for the shortcomings as an opportunity, fully excavate the traditions of family style, family discipline, and family education, and innovate and implement the embedded, interactive, and heart-warming "three-style" family style law popularization matrix, so as to realize the deep integration of the creation of spiritual civilization, civilized practice, and legal popularization work. Integrate elements of the rule of law into the roots of local culture, set up a volunteer service team for literary and artistic popularization of law, and launch literary and artistic works such as Allegro, short dramas, and folk songs, so as to make popularization of law more "down-to-earth" and "popular".
