Goat Village from the perspective of "Strong Town with Village".
A year ago, with great enthusiasm, I entered the Goat Village of Banxi Town, a paradise hidden deep in the waters of Bashan and Chongqing, and became the first secretary of the village.
Over the past year, I have actively integrated into the Party Committee and Government of Banxi Town and the two committees of the village branch of Goat Village, and have done my best to promote the revitalization of the village industry.
It co-built branches with Chongqing Industrial Vocational and Technical College, donated subsidies, and helped 5 industrial projects land...... I interpret the original intention and mission of being a village cadre and a party member with practical actions.
Banxi Town is one of the city's 14 "strong towns with villages" pilot units, as the first secretary, I based on Banxi resources, transportation advantages and industrial base, in-depth excavation of natural and cultural resources, to promote the construction of Banxi "one core and two hearts" industry, with stacked stone flower valley, goat red leaves, ancient village tourism as a typical cultural and tourism resources, is stringing beads into a line, stringing points into a surface, under the guidance of the "strong town with village" pilot, a landscape painting, an idyllic poem, a modern version of the peach blossom source, is taking shape in Banxi, is slowly coming to us.

Goat Village has more than 10,000 acres of wild kiwifruit understory resources and 5 kiwifruit planting family farms. In 2023, the picking of wild kiwifruit fresh fruits will drive the average income of 7 poverty alleviation households to increase by 1,500 yuan, and the sales of 20,000 catties through e-commerce enterprises will drive the average income of 15 villagers to increase by 2,000 yuan. In 2024, the wild kiwifruit enzyme in Goat Village will be authorized to use "Youyang 800", and it is cooperating with enterprises to develop two deep-processed products with wild kiwifruit as raw materials, which is expected to drive the average income of 20 villagers (including poverty alleviation households and monitoring households) to increase by more than 2,000 yuan, and promote the integrated development of the "one, two, three" industry of wild kiwifruit resources.
Goat Village is very rich in alpine Chinese herbal medicine resources, among which the planting area of Phellodendron is more than 700 mu, which will drive the average income of 40 villagers to increase by more than 4,000 yuan in 2023. In 2024, 1 new GAP standardized planting base for Chinese herbal medicines will be added, 1 large household will be developed, the expected income will be 220,000 yuan, and the village collective will increase its income by more than 20,000 yuan.
The cold-water fish industry in Goat Village will achieve a total output value of 150,000 yuan in 2023, driving the average income of 3 households and 5 people out of poverty to increase by 2,000 yuan, which has set a demonstration for promoting the development of endogenous power and increasing production and operation income. Fu Green Road Tea Base is located in Group 6 of Goat Village, with an industrial area of about 500 mu and a total output value of more than 30 yuan in 2023, driving the average income of 6 households and 9 people out of poverty to increase by 1,300 yuan. The projects of Alpine Organic Green Tea Industry Base and Alpine Cold-water Fish Industry Base were included in the "2024 Chongqing Municipal Party Committee General Office Rural Revitalization Assistance Group in Youyang County Coordination and Support Project Task List".

In 2023, the production and operation income of low-income groups in Goat Village will increase by more than 25%, and the collective economic income of the village will reach 300,000 yuan. As a national-level traditional village, Goat Village will launch an ancient village restoration project with an investment of more than 4 million yuan in 2024. On the basis of "strong towns and villages" to stimulate the endogenous power of villagers' industries, the prototype of the new era of rural agriculture, culture and tourism co-prosperity in Goat Village, Huaguo Mountain, organic tea, goat jumping, sturgeon Huan, and Guzhai tour has taken shape.
