Today (April 17), a delegation from China Daily, led by President and Editor-in-Chief Qu Yingpu, came to Jiading for investigation, accompanied by Lu Fangzhou, Secretary of the Jiading District Party Committee.
At the symposium, after listening to the report on the preparations for the 2024 Shanghai Automobile Culture Festival and the development of the automobile industry, Qu Yingpu introduced the basic situation of China Daily and thanked Jiading District for its support to the work of China Daily. Qu Yingpu said that China Daily will give full play to the advantages of the main force and main position of international communication, conduct in-depth docking with Jiading District, and take the automobile culture festival as an opportunity to better publicize the development of Jiading's automobile industry, boost confidence and continue to sing the vivid practice of Jiading with China's economic brightness and new quality productivity. It will focus on the development of Jiading's automobile industry and automobile culture, continue to innovate reporting methods, in-depth report on Jiading's good practices and experiences in new quality productivity, as well as good measures and good cases in international communication, and continue to tell the wonderful stories of Jiading. China Daily will open all communication platforms and channels to Jiading to further serve the economic and social development of Jiading District.
Lu Fangzhou thanked China Daily for its long-term empowerment of Jiading's economic and social development. Lu Fangzhou said that Jiading is a well-known historical and cultural city in the south of the Yangtze River, an important carrying area of the science and technology innovation center, and an international automobile city. The automobile industry is the leading industry and pillar industry in Jiading, the traditional automobile and the new automobile forces gather, the next stage to take the automobile industry as the main position of new quality productivity, further bigger and stronger. Entering the new era of automobiles, Jiading is seizing the new track of new energy and intelligent networking, accelerating the layout of automotive software parks and automotive core valleys, and continuing to empower the development of the automotive industry and new quality productivity based on future technologies such as data centers. Before the meeting, Qu Yingpu and his entourage successively visited the Shanghai International Circuit, Zhixing Port and Shanghai Automobile Museum to listen to the report on the preparations for the F1 China Grand Prix in detail, and to gain an in-depth understanding of the development of Jiading's automobile industry and automobile culture.
