In the first quarter of 2024, China Railway signed new contracts of 621.64 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.9%, of which 572.41 billion yuan were signed in China and 49.23 billion yuan were signed overseas, a year-on-year increase of 23%. As I talked about in the previous article, since entering 2024, I have clearly felt the decline of the domestic infrastructure industry, which can be seen from the business reports of many construction central enterprises in the first quarter. Under the pressure of China Railway at home, China Railway achieved a major breakthrough in the first quarter overseas, which shows the strong strength of China Railway.
