The inspection team visited the family court, psychological counseling room, family mediation room, theme culture wall and other places of the Luyang District Court, and learned in detail about the experience and practices of the court and the women's federation in closely cooperating and complementing each other's advantages, deepening the reform of family trial methods, and strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of women and children.

Before the symposium, the participants watched the micro-film "Let Love Go Home" on the theme of safeguarding the rights and interests of women and children produced by the Hefei Intermediate People's Court. At the meeting, He Aiwu and Xu Hui respectively introduced the work of provincial and municipal courts to protect the rights and interests of women and children, and reported on the work of cracking down on crimes against women and children, integrating the development of juvenile civil trials and family trials, and building a social support system for the protection of women and children. Gong Mingzhu and Shu Hongying introduced the main practices of the provincial and municipal women's federations in protecting the rights and interests of women and children from the aspects of source-based rights protection, practical rights protection, socialized rights protection, related working mechanisms, and prevention and resolution of marriage and family disputes, and put forward work suggestions. Observe court hearings and other forms of legal popularization activities, continuously raising the legal awareness of women and children, and creating a legal environment for the protection of women and children. The third is to cooperate with family education guidance service stations in the courts of cities, counties (cities), districts, and development zones, to effectively prevent juveniles from being violated and juvenile crimes through hierarchical and categorical guidance.
