At 7:30 a.m. on April 14, the 2024 Chinese Baoxiongan Marathon with the theme of "Chasing Dreams in Xiong'an and Running to the Future" started at the Xiong'an Urban Computing Center, with 15,000 runners from all over the country participating in the race. Among them, 85 people from the Xiong'an Craftsman Spirit Morning Running Group participated in the marathon or half marathon, more than 100 people participated in the health run, and 13 people participated in volunteer services.
Since its establishment in 2018, the Xiong'an Craftsman Spirit Morning Running Group has been advocating scientific fitness and actively participating in the Xiong'an Marathon over the years, while providing volunteer services for the event. With the Xiong'an Marathon getting better and better, the morning running group has also gone through 6 years and entered the third stage of seeking progress while maintaining stability.
At the 2024 Xiong'an Marathon, due to personal reasons, Lao Qin of the running group took off his running shoes at the 11th kilometer and ran 31 kilometers barefoot. Thanks to the cleanliness of the track and the lack of foreign objects, and thanks to the sufficient supplies at the last 10 kilometers of supplies and medical points, the race was safely completed in 5 hours and 56 minutes with a slight cramp. Lao Qin said that he looks forward to 2025 "Male Horse" being more exciting.
"Participating in the Xiong'an Marathon in this spring is a very unforgettable experience for me. When I was tired, I gasped for breath and breathed the fresh air of Baiyangdian......
