Recently, in the morning of the subway line 11 Jiangsu Road station to the direction of Jiading on the train, a male passenger suddenly felt unwell, then fainted to the ground, some enthusiastic passengers hurriedly got off the train to ask the subway staff for help, but just got off the "Dididi" prompt sounded, the train door and platform screen door have been closed, the train is also ready to leave. Station attendant Li Liang saw that someone was in a hurry to get off the train, looking like he was looking for something, so he stepped forward to inquire about the situation, and learned that a passenger in the train had fainted, so he immediately took emergency measures, and at the same time, reported to the car control room through the walkie-talkie and asked for support.
According to He Jiaping, the stationmaster on duty that day, after receiving the news, she immediately rushed to the platform and saw that the fainted passenger was still unconscious, and the station attendant, the passenger's family and enthusiastic passengers were working together to transfer him to the platform.
"At that time, some enthusiastic passengers had already dialed the 120 emergency number, and we made every effort to rescue the scene. He Jiaping said that she had a brief communication with the passenger's family and learned that the passenger had a history of epilepsy, and the symptoms such as syncope and vomiting that day should be seizures. In order to protect the privacy of passengers and ensure the safe and orderly passage of other passengers on the platform, she organized personnel to set up screens at the scene, evacuate onlookers, and go to the designated place to pick up the 120 ambulance and open a green rescue channel. During this time, He Guiping stayed by the passenger's side, trying to wake him up, but there was no response.
A few minutes later, emergency personnel arrived at the scene with stretchers and first-aid equipment, conducted an initial examination of the passenger, and immediately took him to the hospital for further treatment.
Two days later, the passenger's family sent a pennant with the words "Save people in danger and stand up" to Jiangsu Road Station of Metro Line 11, and thanked the staff again and again, saying that thanks to the help of the station staff and enthusiastic passengers, the family was able to save the day.
