During the activity, Xie Hui, a certified lecturer of the National Organizing Committee, explained first aid knowledge to the students with vivid language and examples, including trauma treatment, use of first-aid drugs, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, dealing with epilepsy, bee stings, airway obstruction, scald heat stroke, use of seat belts, etc., and the students listened with relish and nodded their heads from time to time to express their understanding. After the explanation, everyone was divided into several groups, and under the guidance of the lecturer, they began to practice first aid operations such as hemostasis, bandaging, and transportation.
The students cooperated with each other, carefully imitated every action, and strived to be accurate, gradually mastered the essentials of first aid skills, and also experienced the hardships of first aid work. In the first aid knowledge quiz and skills competition, everyone raised their hands to answer questions and show the first aid skills they had learned. These interactive sessions not only tested the learning results of the lecture, but also allowed them to further consolidate their first aid knowledge in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
