Recently, the first Songshan Lake Emergency Safety Theme Publicity and Creativity Competition has continued to be registered and solicited, and has attracted many enterprises in the park to participate. On April 15th, the competition system publicity and video production skills training meeting was held in Songshan Lake Financial Media Innovation Laboratory, and senior video experts from the southern newspaper industry were invited to give special lectures, focusing on the theme of "Emergency Safety Theme Short Video: Creative Planning and Content Production", and giving professional lectures to the production and operation units of emergency safety entities in the jurisdiction that intend to participate in the competition.
Starting from the basic principles of short videos, combined with actual popular cases and popular AI generation technologies, the training shared the key points and skills of short video production, and encouraged the participants to dare to think and try, and boldly create around the theme of emergency safety.
"Our company attaches great importance to safety management, and we already have a plan to produce and shoot safety production videos, so when the competition first started to register, we actively signed up for it and drew up a preliminary script. Today's special training is particularly comprehensive and full of useful information, which has brought us a lot of new inspiration, and we will further improve our shooting script in combination with the many points mentioned by the instructor. Liao Kezhi, a representative of Skyworth Electronics, said.

Safety production is the lifeline of enterprises and even the whole society, and they cannot be relaxed at all. As a pilot start-up area of the comprehensive national science center in the Greater Bay Area, it is particularly important for Songshan Lake to do a good job in safety production. To this end, the Songshan Lake Branch of the Dongguan Emergency Management Bureau and the Songshan Lake Federation of Trade Unions, together with the Party committees of the four major areas of Songshan Lake, organized the first Songshan Lake Emergency Safety Theme Publicity and Creativity Competition, and encouraged all production and business units in the jurisdiction to sort out and excavate their own key work and highlights of safety production, actively create a strong atmosphere for the whole society to prevent and resolve major safety risks, promote the awareness of safety production to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and create a good safety environment for the completion of high-quality economic and social development throughout the year.
The registration notice was released at the end of March, and the collection of works continues as planned. At the same time, in order to facilitate the contestants to have more time to create and improve their works, the deadline for the collection of works has been extended to May 10. 1. The content of the work should be related to the emergency safety production work of Songshan Lake enterprises and institutions, such as the construction of a dual prevention system for enterprise safety risk classification control and hidden danger investigation and management, identification of major hazards, emergency rescue, safety laws and regulations, production and life safety knowledge, safety accident cases, safety operation procedures, etc., and related to safety production, emergency management, disaster prevention and mitigation and relief, self-help and mutual rescue skills.
2. There is no restriction on genre and style, including but not limited to original MVs, song adaptations, VLOGs, MG animations, AI videos, micro-documentaries, micro-films, flash mob videos, etc., and form innovation is encouraged.
3. There is no limit to video shooting and production equipment, the video should not exceed 5 minutes in principle, the format supports mp4, mov, avi, the file size should not exceed 300MB, and the horizontal and vertical screen shooting can be used. The video screen is clear, and there is no logo with a marketing nature, such as corner mark, station mark, watermark or logo.

The design of emergency safety publicity materials should fully refine, optimize and combine all kinds of safety production elements of Songshan Lake, and design emergency safety creative products that can reflect the characteristics of Songshan Lake, including visual images (LOGO, visual symbols, IP images, mascots, etc.), gifts or regular supplies (blind boxes, cultural and creative products, office supplies, furniture supplies, clothing, clothing, jewelry, etc.), safety production related products (helmets, protective masks, goggles, etc.).
2. Among them, the design files of graphic design works are unified in JPG format, with a resolution of not less than 300dpi, and a single file size of not less than 2M and no more than 10M.

Selection process
1. Call for works: March 1 - May 10. Entrants shall create works and submit their works to the Organizing Committee within the specified time limit.
2. Preliminary selection and evaluation stage: mid-May. The judging panel will score the entries, confirm the shortlisted entries and select the best creative award.
3. Network review stage: mid to late May. The shortlisted works will be publicized and broadcast, and the best popularity award will be selected.
4. Award presentation stage: In early June, the award-winning works will be awarded.
Entry Instructions
1. This event is a public welfare publicity activity and does not charge any fees. Contestants keep their own manuscripts, and the manuscripts will not be returned.
2. The submitted work must be a work created by the participant himself and with complete copyright. If the organizer and other third parties suffer actual losses due to disputes arising from copyright, copyright or social order and good customs of the work, the right holder has the right to demand that the participant bear the liability for damages.
3. The organizer and relevant partners have the right to use the short videos/promotional materials of the competition, and promise to use the videos for media promotion and exhibition, not for commercial purposes.
4. If the participant violates any of the terms of the above rules, the organizer has the right to cancel the qualification, and if the award has been awarded, the violating participant will not only return the certificate prize, but also bear the relevant legal liabilities arising from the violation.
