Event time
1. Vitality Run Starts: Sunday, April 21 at 7:30 a.m
2. Dream Fluorescent Night Run: April 27 (Saturday) at 19:30 p.m
3. Vitality Run: May 4 (Saturday) at 19:30 pm
4. Full online check-in: April 21 to May 4, 2024 (14 days in total)
Location of the event
1. The launching ceremony of the vitality run, the dream fluorescent night run, and the end of the vitality run are all at the northwest gate of Yuehe Lake Park;
2. The whole online check-in is only available in outdoor places in the park.
Participants and requirements
1. Participants: Residents aged 16-45 in the park;
2. Registration requirements: good health, no serious diseases, able to be fully qualified for running.
Event format
1. Participants can choose their own running software, check in the number of kilometers running in the WeChat running group every day (please see below for details of joining the group), and the staff will record the data through the sports APP and WeChat group daily solitaire, and conduct the final statistics of the sports data of the participating party members and the masses, and sort the ranking according to the final data;
2. According to the running mileage and pace of the participants (not less than 8min/km), there are five stages in this activity, and according to the completion of the participants, the top 5 rewards in the total mileage (not superimposed with the stage running rewards) and the youth vitality running stage will be rewarded 4 awards, and the reward redemption standards are as follows:
The first stage is 20<x≤54km: 100 exquisite gifts;
The second phase is 54<x≤108 km: one Huawei electronic scale will be awarded, a total of 30 pieces;
The third stage is 108<x≤162 km: 15 pieces of skipping rope will be awarded to Huawei.
Phase 4 162<x km: 10 Huawei sports bracelets will be awarded;
The top 5 in total mileage in the fifth stage: the top 1-2 in total mileage will be rewarded with a Huawei sports watch, a total of 2 pieces, and the top 3-5 will be rewarded with a pair of Huawei Bluetooth headphones, a total of 3 shares.
Note: If the number of people who complete each stage exceeds the number of rewards in that stage, the final mileage will be calculated according to 24 o'clock on the day of the end of the event, and the rewards will be obtained in order from high to low, and the excess part will be postponed to the next stage of rewards, and so on.
