Inside the brewery, a row of four newly built stoves is neatly arranged, and although the area is not large, the electric steaming cabinet next to it is steaming out, and the brewing master is cleaning the wooden retorts, wine jars and other utensils on the side, and the busy scene is spectacular.
The rice wine is pure and strong, its taste is mellow, and it enjoys a good reputation in the nearby counties and cities of Qiandongnan Prefecture, but the brewing process is extremely complex, and the technical requirements are high, and it has been difficult to form a large-scale industry, mainly based on the people's own brewing and scattered sales.
In this regard, with the goal of "building a brand and entering the market", the cooperative has worked hard to make the even-li rice wine food and market, and use the abandoned warehouse to inject "fresh blood" into the village collective economy.
At the same time, we should firmly grasp the key to industrial development, produce more at the same time, and revitalize the idle fresh-keeping cold storage and vegetable sorting and processing workshops, safely store industrial crops such as spring water rice, konjac, rape, camellia oil, etc., accelerate the development of rural primary industries, and escort the village collective industry and the villagers' income.
In the Zhaixia Village Cattle Breeding Demonstration Base, I saw that there are automatic green fodder balers, silage kneading machines, dust-free feed machines and other units, and the employees of the cooperative are carefully wrapping grain stalks, carrying forage, and taking care of cattle.
"With live abandoned pig farms, the original site is rebuilt and developed cattle breeding industry, and the idle assets are reasonably and effectively used at the same time, it can also drive the employment and income of villagers, and kill multiple birds with one stone. According to Yang Shengquan, the first secretary of Zhaixia Village, the base was an abandoned pig farm, after the cooperative's investment in renovation and expansion, and the first batch of 30 cattle herd has been completed, and after all are perfected, it can accommodate 300 cattle herd.
"Burden" becomes "wealth". The Party branch of Zhaixia Village also actively played a leading role, organized village cadres, cadres and grid members to investigate and publicize the relevant policies of idle farmland land circulation, and worked with cooperatives to revitalize idle resource assets, so that the abandoned land can be restored and effectively used.
"This year, the cooperative signed more than 100 acres of land transfer agreements with farmers. According to Long Yunhui, in 2023, the village cooperative will transfer more than 80 acres of land to the villagers at a price of 600 yuan per mu for planting rice and rape, with a total production of more than 96,000 catties of grain and more than 2,000 catties of vegetable oil, generating 48,000 yuan of income for the masses and 200,000 yuan for the village collective economy.
"Waste warehouse" brews rice wine, "idle warehouse" stores crops, "abandons the field" to raise cattle, and "wasteland" produces grain and oil...... Nowadays, the industry of Xiazhai Village is booming.
This is a powerful testimony of the deepening of reform and initiative in Lianli Township to solidly promote the village collective economy and the income of the masses to achieve "double income".
In recent years, through the "party building +" method, Lianli Township has established a "cooperative + farmer + assistance + enterprise" interest connection mechanism, played a good "clear family foundation", "clear use", "living assets" and "economic increase" four steps of chess, through industrial development and collective economic use, and do everything possible to use idle assets to "make blood" for the village collective economy.
