On April 14, Jinan Green Block Environmental Protection Service Center, together with the Publicity and Education Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the China Environmental Protection Foundation, the Meituan Takeaway Qingshan Public Welfare Special Fund, and the Neighborhood Committee of Hanyuan Xinju Community, Shunhua Road Street, Jinan, carried out the "Beautiful China, I am an Actor" Tsingshan Public Welfare Ecological Environment Volunteer Service Activity in the community. During the event, the first community "Green Pioneer Youth" volunteer service team composed of community youths in Jinan was established, and nearly 30 children became the first batch of ecological and environmental volunteers.
During the event, Tsingshan Public Welfare Ecological Environment volunteers went deep into the community to carry out ecological environment publicity and education, science popularization, and green and low-carbon life tips.
The members of the "Green Pioneer Youth" volunteer service team participated in the activity of "Shangchun Mountain Planting Season - Building Our Garden Together" under the leadership of volunteers. The children buried eco-friendly enzymes in the soil, used ecological composting to loosen and fertilize the land, and planted pumpkins, loofahs, peppers and other vegetable seedlings into the "one-meter vegetable garden", sowing greenery and experiencing happiness while harvesting the perception of life, nature and plants.
