In the Xiaokai River Yellow Gate, the construction of the new gate is currently underway, the design (maximum) water diversion flow is 60 cubic meters per second, the culvert gate is connected to the Xiaokai River irrigation area, the total length of the irrigation area is 94.2 kilometers, including 1 trunk canal, 84 branch canals, responsible for the development zone, Bincheng District, Yangxin County, Huimin County, Zhanhua District, Wudi County, Beihai New Area four districts and three counties water supply tasks.
