April 1 to April 12, 2024 is the annual conscription day in Thailand, according to the Thai Constitution, men aged 21~30 must register for military service and participate in a lottery activity, red sign for military service, black sign for exemption from military service, and must serve in the year of the red lottery. Failure to report for military service in accordance with the law shall be punished as evading military service and shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment, or both.
