A few days ago, the launching ceremony of the 2024 Hongkou "Ma Lanhua Plan" GYB training class and "Job Search Ability Training Camp" was held at Shanghai Nanhu Vocational and Technical College.
On the spot, the representatives of the trainees were awarded the flag of the Hongkou GYB training class of Shanghai entrepreneurship training "Ma Lanhua Plan".
Ma Siqi, the lecturer of the Hongkou "Ma Lanhua Plan" GYB training course, briefly introduced the Ma Lanhua Plan, the course arrangement, content, and characteristics to the guests and students on the scene, and said that he would work with the two lecturers to help the students learn entrepreneurial knowledge from theory, gain entrepreneurial skills from practice, and improve entrepreneurial ability from counseling.
In order to realize the overall improvement of workers' entrepreneurial ability, the municipal human resources and social security department has carried out the "Ma Lanhua Plan" entrepreneurship training for various groups of people at different stages of entrepreneurship, especially college students and other youth groups.
The relevant person in charge of Shanghai Nanhu Vocational and Technical College said that the course can stimulate students' entrepreneurial awareness and improve their entrepreneurial ability. In the future, the school will also try to combine the content of the "Ma Lanhua Plan" training course with the innovation and entrepreneurship courses of colleges and universities to better empower all students.
The relevant persons in charge of the Municipal Employment Promotion Center, the Municipal Student Affairs Center, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Nanhu Vocational and Technical College, the District Employment Promotion Center, Ouyang Road Street, and Shanghai Foreign Service attended the meeting.
