Do you know which behaviors are classified as leaking secrets? Which behaviors will have hidden dangers of leaking secrets? On 12 April, an on-site activity of propaganda and education on secrecy with the theme of "Implementing the Secrets Law, You and I Are Protectors of Secrets" was held in the building of the district office. Li Qian, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Lv Ming, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor, Zhu Qinhao, Director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Shi Baozhen, Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, Jiang Aifeng, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, and other leaders of the four sets of teams in the district watched the multimedia on-site demonstration, browsed the roll-up banners and leaflets for the promotion of confidential knowledge, and put forward requirements for confidentiality and security work.
Through multimedia demonstrations to prevent leakage of secrets, broadcast public welfare propaganda videos on confidentiality, and launch exhibitions of common knowledge of confidentiality, the activities educate and guide leading cadres, secret-related personnel, and secret-guarding cadres at all levels to continuously enhance their awareness of the rule of law in confidentiality, improve the level of confidentiality ability, and build a solid people's defense line for safeguarding the security of Party and state secrets in the new era.

For example, you can repeatedly set "weak passwords" such as WeChat and Alipay, scan QR codes of unfamiliar businesses at will, download application software from unknown sources at will, click on "phishing websites" in unknown text messages and emails at will, and automatically connect to free Wi-Fi in public places at will...... A state secret may seem very distant, but in fact, it exists in every corner of society.
This event is one of the important contents of the 2024 Hongkou District Confidentiality Publicity and Education Month series of activities. On February 27, 2024, after the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets" was revised and adopted by the Eighth Session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress, Hongkou District quickly set off a learning upsurge and conducted in-depth study of the revised Secrets Law.
"We have joined forces with residential areas and red-themed bookstores to bring confidential knowledge into the community. Through the collection of micro-videos of 'Finding the Most Beautiful Spokesperson for the Rule of Law on Confidentiality', teachers and students in primary and secondary schools are encouraged to participate extensively, and promote the integration of confidentiality education into schools." The relevant person in charge of the District Party Committee's Secrecy Office (District Secrecy Bureau) said.
Next, the Confidentiality Office of the District Party Committee will continue to select public places such as science and technology innovation parks, parks, green spaces, and stadiums to send confidentiality publicity to enterprises and the people. The event will run for one month.
