He affirmed the hospital's medical insurance work in 2023, and emphasized that as a designated medical institution, it is necessary to further strengthen the main responsibility of self-management, standardize the implementation of medical insurance policies, keep the original intention and bottom line, effectively safeguard the interests of patients, and consciously maintain the safety of medical insurance funds.
Liu Wendan demanded that the daily supervision within the hospital should be strengthened, a long-term mechanism for fund supervision should be formed, and various departments should cooperate in the division of labor to supervise the use of the fund in an all-round way, and strengthen the safe, standardized, and rational use of the medical insurance fund; all medical insurance physicians should standardize medical behavior, reasonable diagnosis and treatment, reasonable examination, rational use of drugs, and standardize fees; and it is necessary to expand policy publicity, improve window services, and improve the satisfaction of the insured people.
