In order to comprehensively study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, deeply understand and grasp the important requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection of Tianjin's "Four Good Works", and promote talent development as an important support for the development of new quality productivity, recently, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau launched the "Near and Far Wisdom to Hongqiao" Hongqiao District Industrial Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance Service University Activity in the School of Economics and Management of Hebei University of Technology.
Representatives of enterprises in the Hongqiao District Industrial Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance imparted experience, answered questions, and publicized corporate culture and company recruitment positions. Through the form of zero-distance communication between representatives of outstanding enterprises and students, it not only helps college students understand the current employment situation and clearly formulate their own career plans, but also further promotes the new school-enterprise cooperation model of resource sharing, complementary advantages, and mutual cooperation to promote employment, so as to maximize the effectiveness of the Hongqiao District Industrial Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance.
The activity also invited psychological counselors to popularize mental health knowledge, solve the psychological distress faced by college students in employment and job search, and guide students to look at job search and career choice from the perspective of change and development, correctly evaluate themselves, correctly deal with career setbacks, and effectively alleviate the psychological pressure of students facing graduation.
At the event site, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau focused on introducing the policies on employment and entrepreneurship and talent introduction and settlement for college graduates, covering the "Tianjin Talent Development Promotion Regulations", Tianjin's "Haihe Talents" plan, employment apprenticeship, employment and entrepreneurship subsidies and other related policies, aiming to extend employment and entrepreneurship services from unemployed graduates to fresh graduates, so that students can know and master the policies before graduation, and make good use of the policies according to actual needs after graduation. At the same time, the District Taxation Bureau was invited to explain the preferential tax policies for college students to start their own businesses, so as to further stimulate the willingness and ideas of college graduates to stay in Tianjin for development.
