Traffic control hours and measures
1. From 23 o'clock on April 13 to 8 o'clock on April 14, Nanjing East Road (Zhongshan East 1st Road - Henan Middle Road), Jiujiang Road (Zhongshan East 1st Road - Henan Middle Road), Hankou Road (Zhongshan East 1st Road - Henan Middle Road), Guangdong Road (Zhongshan East 1st Road - Henan Middle Road), Fuzhou Road (Zhongshan East 1st Road - Henan Middle Road) are closed to vehicles and pedestrians.
2. From 4:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. on April 14, Jiangxi Middle Road (East Yan'an Road - Tianjin Road) and Middle Sichuan Road (East Yan'an Road - Dianchi Road) are closed to vehicles and pedestrians. Zhongshan East Road (Beijing East Road - Dongmen Road) is closed to vehicles.
3. From 6:50 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on April 14, temporary closure measures will be implemented on the off-ramp (surface road direction) of Yan'an Elevated Jiangxi Road. East Yan'an Road (Zhongshan East 1st Road - Henan Middle Road) is closed to vehicular traffic. Temporary closure measures will be implemented at the exit of Henan South Road of the Renmin Road Tunnel.
4. From 6:50 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. on April 14, temporary closure measures will be implemented at the exit of Jiangxi Middle Road of the Bund Tunnel (in the direction of the surface road).
5. From 6:50 a.m. to 8 a.m. on April 14, the north side of East Yan'an Road (Middle Fujian Road - Middle Xizang Road) will be closed to vehicles.
6. From 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on April 14, temporary closure measures will be implemented at the exit of Longhua East Road of the South Xizang Road Tunnel.

7. From 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. on April 14, the marathon will pass through Zhongshan East 1st Road, Zhongshan East 2nd Road, Xinkaihe Road, Renmin Road, Henan South (Central) Road, Jiujiang Road, Xizang Central (South) Road (reverse), Huaihai Middle Road, Madang Road, Zizhong Road, South Xizang Road, Kaohsiung Road, Jingliu Road, Longhua East Road, Mengzi Road, Jumen Road, Longhua East Road, Miaojiang Road, Bansongyuan Road, Longhua East Road, Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (finish line), and implement traffic control measures when the athletes are approaching, including:
(1) For multi-lane roads with central isolation facilities, vehicles are prohibited from passing in the same lane, and vehicles are allowed to pass in the opposite lane under the condition of ensuring road safety and not affecting the safety of the event. Roads without central isolation facilities are closed to motor vehicles in both directions.
(2) On roads with organic non-isolation facilities, non-motorized vehicles should slow down on the right or on the sidewalk (some roads prohibit non-motorized vehicles from passing in the same direction). Roads with inorganic non-isolation facilities are closed to non-motorized vehicles.
(3) Vehicles may cross the race route under the command of the people's police on duty without hindering the normal competition of athletes.
8. Motor vehicles holding vehicle passes for the track of this event are allowed to enter the above-mentioned traffic control roads.
At that time, the public security traffic management department will advance or postpone the traffic control time according to the situation of the event, expand or reduce the scope of traffic control, please make travel arrangements in advance, and actively cooperate with the work of the public security traffic management department.
