Recently, the Taiwan Affairs Office of Yangpu District, the Youth League Committee of Fudan University, the Fuqi Youth Development Center of Yangpu District and the Sanyuan District Committee of Sanming City jointly established the "Humingtai Youth Township Innovation Practice Base" in Sanyuan District, Sanming City, Fujian Province. The establishment of this base not only provides a platform for young people in Shanghai, Ming and Taiwan to exchange and learn, but also integrates all kinds of "golden ideas" to promote rural revitalization and cross-strait development.
Sanming City is the counterpart cooperation place of Shanghai, and Sanyuan District is the seat of the Sanming Municipal Government. In order to further deepen the exchange and cooperation of young people in Shanghai, Sanming and Taiwan, in recent years, a number of towns and departments in Sanyuan District have cooperated with the Shanghai Yangpu District Fuqi Youth Development Center founded by Chen Shuangmao to build a practice base for youth township innovation in Shanghai, Ming and Taiwan.
Different from the previous practice bases, the Humingtai Youth Township Innovation Practice Base has introduced the concept of "rural CEO". That is, with Zhongshan Village, Yanqian Town, Sanyuan District, and Louyuan Village, Xinkou Town, Sanyuan District as pilots, we will develop practical courses for college students from Shanghai, Sanming and Taiwan in the villages, encourage Taiwanese young people to serve as "rural professional managers" in Sanming, explore the practice of rural operation and community building, and promote the integrated development of rural areas on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
"In layman's terms, it is actually 'village manager', and I hope that through this form, young people can give full play to their own subjective initiative and inject new ideas and good ideas into rural development. As one of the young people from Taiwan who came to Shanghai for development, Chen Shuangmao has been committed to the growth and development of young people on both sides of the strait for many years. With the mission of "Empowering Youth, Inspiring the Future", the Empowerment Youth Development Center founded by him has stimulated the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial enthusiasm of countless young people through a variety of activities and projects. In the current context of rural revitalization, the center will lead these young people to actively give full play to their own advantages and jointly promote the construction and development of the Humingtai Youth Township Innovation Practice Base.

It is reported that the establishment of the Humingtai Youth Township Innovation Practice Base will provide a valuable opportunity for exchanges and cooperation between the young people of the three places, and also serve as a link between Yangpu District and Sanyuan District.
