The fourth collective study and special lecture on the rule of law of the theoretical study center group (expanded) of the county party committee was held

On April 11, the fourth collective learning and rule of law lecture of the county party committee theoretical study center group (expanded) was held, Liu Maoguang, member of the party group and deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, was invited to make a special guidance report, Wang Lijun, secretary of the county party committee, presided over the meeting, Fu Haifeng, chairman of the county CPPCC, and Wang Fei, deputy secretary of the county party committee, participated in the study.

At the meeting, Liu Maoguang focused on the key points and difficulties of administrative reconsideration, and explained in detail many aspects such as the reform of the administrative reconsideration system and the inclusion of administrative reconsideration in the construction of a rule of law government through a large number of policies, cases, and data.

The meeting stressed that it is necessary to adhere to the principle of "casting the soul with learning", take this special training as an opportunity to study, publicize, and implement the administrative reconsideration law as an important task in the current and future work, study and understand the spirit thoroughly, and accurately grasp the work requirements to ensure the correct and effective implementation of the newly revised administrative reconsideration law. It is necessary to persist in "increasing wisdom through study" and regard the administrative reconsideration law as an important part of the study of the law before the meeting of the leading group of the unit and the study of the law before major policy decisions; administrative reconsideration personnel and administrative law enforcement personnel must consciously benchmark themselves against the table, study one step first, study one layer deeper, and study one step at a time, strengthen the "basic skills" of studying the law and law enforcement, and ensure that all kinds of administrative cases can be "accepted and handled well."
