How to apply for exemption from punishment for studying law?

The second step is to click "Motor Vehicle" in the upper left corner of the home page, click "Illegal Record Processing", click on the illegal to be processed, and enter the illegal processing details page.
The third step, click "Add to the processing list", if you meet the conditions for learning the law and are exempt from punishment, the "Watch the video is exempt from punishment" window will pop up, and you can deal with the violation after watching the video, and if the processing is successful, it will immediately switch to the "Processing Success" interface, and you can go to the "Processing History" to confirm whether the processing is successful.
