The land to be expropriated for the above plots meets the needs of public interests as stipulated in Item 5 of Article 45 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China.

3. Arrangements for carrying out land status surveys

Since the date of issuance of this announcement, no unit or individual shall rush to plant, rush to plant, rush to build, in violation of the provisions of the expropriation of land after the issuance of the pre-announcement, rush to plant, rush to build, rush to plant, rush to plant, rush to build part of the part will not be compensated.

4. Compensation standards for land to be expropriated

The land compensation and resettlement fee to be levied shall be implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standard of Linyi City for land acquisition approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government's "Reply on the Comprehensive Land Price of Shandong Province" (Lu Zheng Zi [2023] No. 144). The proposed land expropriation involves a total of 2 districts, of which the compensation per hectare for Class II is 1.5 million yuan and the compensation for Class III is 1.275 million yuan per hectare.

The compensation fee standard for above-ground attachments and seedlings of the land to be expropriated shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Reply of the Department of Finance of Shandong Province and the Department of Natural Resources of Shandong Province on the Compensation Standards for Above-ground Attachments and Seedlings for Land Acquisition in Linyi City (Lu Natural Resources Letter [2022] No. 56).

For the compensation and resettlement of rural residences (or industrial and mining enterprises) involved in the land to be expropriated, the People's Government of Lanshan District, Linyi City shall separately formulate a compensation and resettlement plan in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

The specific compensation and resettlement plan for land acquisition of the expropriated land village (residence) shall be formulated and announced by the relevant departments of the People's Government of Lanshan District, Linyi City, after the completion of the land status investigation and the social stability risk assessment of the expropriated land.

5. Other matters

This announcement will be released at the same time in the townships (towns), villages and villager groups where the rural collective economic organizations involved in the land to be expropriated are located and the land acquisition information public inquiry system of Shandong Province. This announcement will be publicized for 10 working days from the date of issuance.

The land to be expropriated for the above plots meets the needs of public interests as stipulated in Item 5 of Article 45 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China.

3. Arrangements for carrying out land status surveys
