In terms of thermal management, Huawei has launched the air-liquid intelligent cooling system, which includes three working modes: active liquid cooling, natural air cooling, and waste heat utilization.
Compared with the traditional solution in the industry, the multi-mode intelligent cooling operation reduces the energy consumption of auxiliary power by up to 30%, and the air-liquid intelligent cooling architecture can also increase the performance life of the energy storage system to 15 years.
It is worth mentioning that Huawei's patented formula and high-sealing pipeline design have achieved 10 years of liquid replacement free.
In terms of safety, multi-level prevention and isolation are carried out through double strict detection of battery cells, strong insulation on six sides at the package level, five-level overcurrent protection of the system, and 24-hour real-time online detection to reduce the occurrence of electrical risks.
It is understood that Huawei has also innovatively adopted a new "power actuarial" power supply architecture, a unique split-phase control PCS design, and transformer-free support for 100% three-phase unbalanced output.
By introducing the grid-connected algorithm, it can support up to 1.3 times overload, effectively reducing the initial investment.
Through the integrated and compact design, it can realize the three-sided container consolidation scheme of shoulder to shoulder and back to back, the back-to-back spacing is greatly reduced to 0.3 meters, and the auxiliary line can also be eliminated without trenching, which greatly saves installation costs.
