The spring 2024 class has started!
This year, the Shanghai Citizen Art Night School has added a teaching point in Building 4 of the 228 Neighborhood in Yangpu District, and recently ushered in the first course "Wine Tasting". The course was attended by 20 students and was delivered by Xiao Jiajie, Senior Brand Manager and Lecturer of WinetoChina. Mr. Xiao's clear, easy-to-understand, illustrated explanation not only allowed the citizens to increase their knowledge, but also added a strong cultural atmosphere to the "15-minute community life circle".
In the evening class, the intoxicating aroma of wine wafts through the air. From the origin and spread of wine, lecturer Xiao Jiajie described in detail the rich and diverse wine culture of various countries in the world formed by the influence of topography, soil science, hydrology, botany, zoology, chemistry and other links in grape planting, picking and winemaking. In addition, Mr. Xiao popularized science according to the different classifications of form, sugar content, color, special technology and wine brewing. The trainees felt that they had benefited a lot, and everyone was fully engaged and actively interacted.
The reporter learned that "Wine Tasting" has a total of 12 class hours, 1 class hour every Monday night. As soon as the course was launched, many young people signed up, and finally 20 young people successfully signed up, and they participated in the first class with full attendance. The course not only enriches the amateur cultural life of young people, but also enhances their artistic and cultural accomplishment.
Founded in 2016, Shanghai Citizen Art Night School focuses on the goal of "social aesthetic education", serving people aged 18 to 55 in the evening hours through extended opening hours and public welfare fees, and strives to meet the cultural needs of all ages and social groups.
It is understood that this year's spring class has opened a total of 680 courses in 250 locations in the city, enrolling about 16,000 students. The course content includes intangible cultural heritage experience, art introduction, life aesthetics, workplace skills, cultural and sports combination, etc., and the tuition fee for 12 classes is 500 yuan.
