Plots 19, 20, 23, 25, 26, 27 and 29 are all located within the development scope approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government in the Reply to the Land Acquisition and Development Plan for Lanshan District, Linyi City in 2021 (Lu Zheng Tu Zi [2021] No. 379).

The land to be expropriated for plots 1, 3-10, 12-14, 16 and 22 meets the needs of the public interest stipulated in Item 2 of Article 45 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, the land to be expropriated for plots 2, 11, 15, 18, 21, 24, 28, 30 and 31 meets the needs of the public interest stipulated in Paragraph 3 of Article 45 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, and the land to be expropriated on plots 19, 20, 23, 25, 26, 27 and 29 meets the requirements of the It is necessary for the public interest as provided for in Item 5 of Article 45 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China.

3. Arrangements for carrying out land status surveys

4. Compensation standards for land to be expropriated

The land compensation and resettlement fee to be levied shall be implemented in accordance with the comprehensive land price standard of Linyi City for land acquisition approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government's "Reply on the Comprehensive Land Price of Shandong Province" (Lu Zheng Zi [2023] No. 144). The proposed expropriation of land involves a total of 1 district, of which the compensation for Class I is 1.95 million yuan per hectare.

The compensation fee standard for above-ground attachments and seedlings of the land to be expropriated shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Reply of the Department of Finance of Shandong Province and the Department of Natural Resources of Shandong Province on the Compensation Standards for Above-ground Attachments and Seedlings for Land Acquisition in Linyi City (Lu Natural Resources Letter [2022] No. 56).

For the compensation and resettlement of rural residences (or industrial and mining enterprises) involved in the land to be expropriated, the People's Government of Lanshan District, Linyi City shall separately formulate a compensation and resettlement plan in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.

The specific compensation and resettlement plan for land acquisition of the expropriated land village (residence) shall be formulated and announced by the relevant departments of the People's Government of Lanshan District, Linyi City, after the completion of the land status investigation and the social stability risk assessment of the expropriated land.

5. Other matters

This announcement will be released at the same time in the townships (towns), villages and villager groups where the rural collective economic organizations involved in the land to be expropriated are located and the land acquisition information public inquiry system of Shandong Province. This announcement will be publicized for 10 working days from the date of issuance.
