Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a double-first-class university, recently sparked heated discussions on the Internet because of an incident in which a tutor bullied students. The incident originated from a real-name report letter, which exposed the various unethical behaviors of Zheng Feng, a doctoral supervisor in the school's School of Computer Science.
Behind this incident is a reflection of the grim situation of teachers' moral anomie and academic corruption in colleges and universities, and at the same time, it also poses a new test to the mechanism for protecting students' rights and interests.
