Recently, an important livelihood project in Yantan District - Taiheng Salt Flat Agricultural Trade Square Construction Project was officially launched in the K6-04 plot of the district. As a key project of Yantan Town Government to attract investment, the project aims to improve the quality of life of citizens, enhance the environment of farmers' markets, and provide a clean, bright and new shopping place for the surrounding citizens.
The construction project of Taiheng Salt Flat Agricultural Trade Plaza is located on the east side of Youhua Shili, and the south side is close to the central kindergarten along the beach, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location. The total land area of the project is 4884.59 square meters, although the natural height difference of the site is large, but the project team overcame this problem through ingenious design and planning, and ensured the rationality and practicality of the building layout.
It is understood that the project will build a comprehensive building integrating farmers' market and commercial functions. Among them, the farmers' market part plans to build a trading area of about 5,000 square meters on the ground floor, and 2,800 square meters on the ground floor as a parking area and supporting rooms. Such a design not only meets the shopping needs of citizens, but also provides convenient parking and supporting services.
In terms of architectural design, Taiheng Salt Flat Agricultural Trade Plaza pays attention to the application of modern and simple style, and the façade design is simple and generous, which not only reflects the indicative nature of commercial buildings, but also beautifies the urban interface. At the same time, the project team also fully considered the shopping experience of the citizens, and provided a pleasant consumption place for the citizens through a reasonable space layout and a comfortable shopping environment.
Wu Yong, deputy general manager of Zigong Taiheng Construction and Development Co., Ltd., said that the project is a livelihood project jointly built by the company and the Yantan town government, aiming to improve the dirty and messy environment of the existing old farmers' market. The new farmers' market will provide a cleaner, brighter and neat shopping environment for the public, and improve the quality of life of the citizens.
At present, the Taiheng Salt Flat Agricultural Trade Plaza construction project has started the preliminary earthwork works, and it is planned to complete the main body capping in September this year and start the decoration work in October. The project team is going all out to promote the progress of the project and strive to put it into operation before the Spring Festival this year.
