Project Background
Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality is one of China's major strategies at present and in the future. In 2021, the State Council issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction", which clarified the overall requirements, main objectives, key projects, policy mechanisms and safeguard measures for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction during the 14th Five-Year Plan, and in June 2022, the State Council officially issued the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Strengthening the Construction of Digital Government" (Guo Fa [2022] No. 14), which clearly requires: "Accelerate the construction of an intelligent monitoring and dynamic accounting system for carbon emissions, and promote the formation of intensive, efficient, recycling, and efficient In October 2022, the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) proposed that "to actively and steadily promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality, it is necessary to improve the carbon emission statistical accounting system and the carbon emission rights market trading system".
Founded in 2009, Henan Zhonghong Group Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonghong Group) is an enterprise mainly engaged in petroleum, coal and other fuel processing industries, and the company has always attached great importance to environmental protection and green development. In order to actively respond to the government's call to achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, in July 2023, Zhonghong Group signed a cooperation intention with Jiujiu Intelligent Environmental Protection, which will help Zhonghong Group build a "double carbon" digital management platform, create a sound carbon emission accounting, monitoring and statistical system, and form a green and low-carbon development pattern of intensive conservation, recycling and efficiency.
Project Objectives
Using mainstream technologies such as cloud computing, 3D digital modeling, and big data statistics and analysis, we will build a leading carbon emission management platform for peers, monitor the carbon emissions of enterprises, branches, processes, and equipment, and help enterprises find out the carbon background, implement carbon goals, and demonstrate carbon results, so as to fully achieve the "double carbon" goal.
Workaround
After a comprehensive understanding of the needs of Zhonghong Group and the carbon emissions of the whole plant, Jiujiu Intelligent Environmental Protection takes the "Carbon Peak Action Plan Before 2030" and the national "double carbon" strategic goal as the policy basis, combined with the actual situation of Zhonghong Group's plant, and relies on the unorganized "measurement, control and governance" platform of the plant to carry out secondary development, build a "double carbon" digital management platform, and use sensors to collect raw materials, fuel, and power consumption data of each process of the enterprise with 3D map as the carrier, and use sensors to collect the location, quantity, and quantity of carbon emission sources in the plant. Carbon assets are presented, and the production status and various related data in the plant area are reflected on the map.
The platform includes module functions such as visual interface, data acquisition system, data storage and analysis, which realizes carbon accounting analysis, carbon emission source monitoring, energy conservation and emission reduction technology analysis, carbon emission and environmental collaborative analysis, optimizes the production parameters and management of enterprise carbon emissions, and taps the potential of energy conservation and emission reduction.
Project Effects
After the operation of this project, it is of great significance to Zhonghong Group's future energy conservation and emission reduction, transformation and upgrading, as well as to improve carbon emission management capabilities. After the platform is launched, through monitoring, collecting, calculating, statistically analyzing the carbon emission data of each production link of the whole plant, real-time statistics, real-time tracking and timely warning of the total carbon emissions and carbon productivity of the whole plant, providing a foundation for enterprises to build an intelligent carbon analysis brain and providing a scientific and powerful guarantee for enterprises to improve energy efficiency.
