A few days ago, the reporter learned from the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs that the city has taken multiple measures to accelerate the development of characteristic agriculture and help rural revitalization. Up to now, the city has successfully established 4 national standardized production bases for green food raw materials, 1 production base for organic agricultural products, and 490 products with effective certification of "two products and one standard". Eight agricultural products such as Huaijian tomatoes and Panji crisp melons have been certified as national geographical indications (agricultural) products, 9 kinds of agricultural products such as Cao'an strawberries and Datong bisporus mushrooms have been included in the national list of famous and excellent new agricultural products, and "Bagongshan" tofu has been selected into the national "native products" recommended list, and 2 regional public brands, 2 enterprise brands and 13 product brands of "Anhui American Agricultural Products" have been successfully created.
The city continues to strengthen organizational leadership and policy guarantees, and makes every effort to escort the development of characteristic agriculture, and has established a leading group for the city's "vegetable basket" work, which has included the production of vegetables and other important agricultural products into the key scheduling content of the economic operation analysis meeting of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, and issued the "Several Policies on Supporting the Development of Huainan Beef Soup Industry (2023-2025)" to support the construction of vegetable raw material bases. The municipal finance arranges 1 million yuan of "vegetable basket" project construction funds every year to support the development of facilities and vegetables and other projects, and 36 vegetable production bases and facility agricultural enterprises have successfully applied for the central financial loan discount and production facility conditions improvement project, and a total of 6.0115 million yuan of awards and subsidies have been sought. With 12 million yuan of rural revitalization bridging funds, 43 new refrigeration and fresh-keeping facilities for agricultural products have been added, with a total storage capacity of 21,531 cubic meters, which has further improved the comprehensive utilization benefits of refrigeration and fresh-keeping of vegetables and fruits. Through investment promotion, well-known leading enterprises such as Jiangsu Green Port and Kaisheng Haofeng have successively settled in Fengtai County, Maoji Experimental Zone and Panji District to promote the development of facility agriculture in our city to high-end, factory and intelligent. The city has built 6 modern facility planting standardization parks such as Fengtai Green Port, Maoji Green Industrial Park, and Gudui Modern Agricultural Industrial Park in Xiejiaji District, with a total area of 1,723 acres. In the fields of field planting and facility agriculture, the city has carried out research and construction guidance on the application of smart agricultural production, and promoted the integration and application of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and spatial remote sensing in new agricultural business entities and production bases, and the city has a total of 176 digital agriculture and rural application scenarios, and three fruit and vegetable production enterprises, including Zhoulai Green Port, Yongguan Agriculture and Junyue Cooperative, have been identified as digital agricultural factories by the provincial department.
The city has also strengthened internal services and external "intelligence", and constantly consolidated the development of technological foundation. Carry out the agricultural technology improvement action of "1,000 people guiding and 10,000 people training" for facility vegetables, organize agricultural technology experts to go deep into the production line, strengthen field management, disaster prevention and mitigation and other technical guidance services, carry out more than 500 on-site research and guidance, and organize more than 3,000 technical trainings in the city. It has signed strategic cooperation agreements with Jiangnan University, the Institute of Agricultural Products Processing of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the China Food Industry Association, Anhui Agricultural University and other universities and scientific research institutes to compile high-level industrial development plans for green food and Panji crispy melon, and clarify the development direction and development path. In 2023, 12 new varieties of melons and vegetables will be introduced and promoted, and a number of technologies of new melon seedling grafting machines will fill the domestic gap.
