In order to further enhance the awareness, support and satisfaction of the employees and the masses of regional enterprises for the creation of a national food safety demonstration city, strengthen the popularization of food safety science, popularize food safety knowledge, and improve food safety literacy, the Food Safety Office of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone will hold a short video and essay creation contest of "Telling the Story of TEDA Food Safety", and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

The content of the solicitation and the time of submission

Participants in this competition can provide original entries in 3 formats:

1. Videos: Short videos filmed and produced will be submitted from now until May 12, 2024.

2. Scripts: Scripts that can be applied to shoot short videos, and the submission time is from now until May 12, 2024.

3. Essays: Written works related to the theme of the competition are submitted from now until June 9, 2024.

Requirements

(1) Content requirements

The content of the entries must be positive and in line with the core values of socialism. It must not involve pornography, violence, religion or racial discrimination, and must not contradict laws and regulations. No advertising placement, no commercial attributes. Plagiarism and plagiarism are strictly prohibited, and there are no intellectual property disputes. The content of the work should be original to ensure that the content is accurate and avoid the risk of public opinion. The theme of the content revolves around food safety, with food safety knowledge popularization, clarifying food network rumors, stopping food waste, protecting consumer rights and interests, and surrounding insurance stories as the main directions.

(2) Requirements for works

1. Videos

Video duration: within 2 minutes, about 1 minute is preferred.

Video format: MP4, MOV and other standard video formats.

Resolution: no less than 1080P, standard bit rate.

Format: It is recommended to use the full-frame size of 9:16 vertical screen, with no border and no watermark.

Other requirements: the picture is clear, the lens is compact, not procrastinating, and the lens is closely related to the copy. The sound is smooth and the special effects are appropriate.

2. Scripts

Document format: WPS or Word document is acceptable.

Word count: 600 words or less.

Other requirements: the theme of the script is clear, the content is detailed, the creativity is novel, and it is close to the popularization of food safety science.

3. Essay Category

Document format: WPS or Word document is acceptable.

Word count: 1500 words or less.

Other requirements: The theme of the article is clear, not limited to the subject matter, and close to the daily work deeds, highlights, and experience of the local guarantee cadres.

Submission of works

(1) Submission process

1. For the collection of works from all relevant units of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, all relevant units are responsible for the collection of works in the system and the industries and fields under their management, and please submit the collected works to the Food Safety Office of the Economic and Technological Development Zone.

2. For the collection of works from residents, food production and operation entities, schools, scientific and technological workers, and literary and artistic groups in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, please submit them directly to the Food Safety Office of the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone.

(2) Methods of submission

1. Video entries, script entries, and essay entries should be sent to the mailbox of the Food Safety Office of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone (songch@teda. gov.cn), the subject of the email is "Food Safety Short Video Creation Contest Submission".

2. Naming method

Video: Video + name of the work + name of the contact person + mobile phone number.

Script: Script + work name + contact name + mobile phone number.

Essay category: essay category + work name + contact name + mobile phone number.

3. Please submit the entries at the specified time, and fill in the "Food Safety Short Video Creation Contest Entry Registration Form", and the naming content of the entries should be consistent with the content of the registration form.

Awards

There will be 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and several excellence awards in the video, script, and essay categories.

Selection arrangement

(1) Time and method of selection

The competition will use expert review to select the entries, and the results are expected to be announced in mid-June.

(2) Application of results

The final results of the competition will be announced to the public through the WeChat public account of "Tianjin Economic Development Zone-TEDA", and the winning works will be recommended to the Binhai New Area Food Safety Office to participate in the region-wide competition. The winning works in the video category will have the opportunity to be broadcast at the main event of the 2024 Food Safety Publicity Week, and will be recommended by the Tianjin Food Safety Office to the official short video account of the Food Safety Commission of the State Council "Food for Heaven" for publicity. The award-winning works in the script category will be included in the Tianjin Food Safety Publicity Material Library, and the Tianjin Food Safety Office will organize filming and publicity according to the situation.

Miscellaneous

(1) There is no charge for this competition, and the entries sent to the Food Safety Office of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone will not be returned, and the participants are requested to keep their own manuscripts.

(2) The entries must be original, and the entrants promise that they enjoy the copyright of the submitted entries, and guarantee that the portraits or other artistic, text, patterns and other materials contained in the entries do not violate any laws and regulations or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

(3) The entries are authorized by default to the Tianjin Food Safety Office, Binhai New Area Food Safety Office, and Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone Food Safety Office for non-profit activities, and their works are used free of charge. Including but not limited to: media network publicity, event publicity, exhibitions, social welfare, etc., the author retains the right of authorship of the work.

(4) In the event of any legal dispute arising from the infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, the violation of relevant laws and regulations or social order and good customs, the responsibility shall be borne by the participant, and the Food Safety Office of Tianjin Economic Development Zone shall not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue responsibility.

(5) Participants who violate the regulations and commit fraud will be disqualified from participating in the competition, and reserve the right to pursue responsibility in accordance with the law.

(6) The final interpretation right of the competition belongs to the Food Safety Office of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone.
