A few days ago, we learned from relevant channels that the new model of BYD Ocean Network, the Hiace 07 EV, will be launched in mid to late April. The car is a new pure electric SUV model launched by BYD Ocean Network, which will be positioned higher than Song PLUS, and will be equipped with the "Eye of the Gods" high-end intelligent driving system, supporting a number of auxiliary driving functions such as high-speed piloting.
The Hiace 07 EV adopts the marine aesthetic design concept of the Ocean Net family, and the front face continues the design style of the previous Ocean X concept car. The front bonnet is fitted with two distinct ribs, and the lower part of the front half is more complex than other marine net models.
The Hiace 07 EV has a more sleek side shape and a fastback design. The Hiace 07 EV is equipped with black wheel arches and a new blade-shaped five-spoke rim, which is also quite sizable. In terms of dimensions, the car is 4830/1925/1620 mm in length, width and height, and the wheelbase is 2930 mm.
At the rear, the Hiace 07 EV echoes the front of the car, with through-type taillights that are high in the middle and low on both sides, and are also a family-style design of Ocean Net, and are also equipped with a new style of illuminated logo. There is a spoiler above the rear and a diffuser at the rear bumper.
BYD has not announced the Hiace 07 EV's assisted driving hardware information, as a reference, the previously announced high-speed intelligent driving package of DENZA N7 adopts a new generation of NVIDIA DRIVE Orin platform, with 254TOPS computing power, the whole car is equipped with a total of 13 cameras, 5 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars and other configurations, which can support high-speed NOA (high-speed navigation assisted driving), traffic sign recognition, lane centering, lever lane change, adaptive cruise, automatic parking, Active braking and other driver assistance functions.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the two-wheel drive model may be divided into a standard endurance version and a long-range version, of which the standard endurance version is equipped with a maximum power of 170 kW drive motor, a battery capacity of 71.808 kWh, and a CLTC range of 550 km, while the long-range version is equipped with a maximum power of 230 kW drive motor, a battery capacity of 80.64 kWh, and a CLTC range of 610 km. The all-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 160 kW and 230 kW for the front and rear drive motors, respectively, a battery capacity of 80.64 kWh and a CLTC range of 550 km.
According to previous news, the Hiace 07 EV will also use CTB battery body integration technology, equipped with front double wishbones, rear five-link independent suspension, and equipped with Yunnan-C intelligent body damping control system and iTAC intelligent torque control system.
