In order to comprehensively deepen and expand the "three contentions" action and carry out the "upgrading and efficiency improvement" activities, give full play to the advantages of the "cross-town joint construction in the eastern area" mechanism, promote the co-governance of upstream and downstream towns and rivers, and realize the long-term and normalization of the river chief system, recently, the river chief offices of Leifeng Town, Longmentan Town, and Nancheng Town jointly carried out river patrol actions.
As an important water area in Dehua County, the water quality and ecological environment of Chanxi are directly related to the quality of life of Chengguan and surrounding villagers. During the operation, the personnel of the three parties focused on the river section of Jiaoxi Village, Leifeng Town, Chanxi and the section of Jiaoxi Village, Zhengyong Expressway in Dehua County, focusing on the water quality, water flow, river facilities and surrounding ecological environment, etc., and further clarified the responsibilities of all parties to ensure the effective implementation of relevant work.
After the end of the river patrol, a consultation meeting on the shoreline management of the upstream and downstream waters of the Leifeng-Longmentan-Nancheng section of the Chanxi Basin was held. At the meeting, the personnel of the three parties discussed and exchanged views on the current work of the river chief system and how to manage and protect the rivers and lakes, and jointly studied and discussed how to improve the water quality of Chanxi and rectify the "four chaos" problems. Through this joint consultation, the important role of the cross-town joint construction mechanism has been further played, the strong joint force of joint prevention and joint governance has been condensed, and the work of the river chief system has been deepened and realized.
In the next step, the River Chief Office of Leifeng Town, Longmentan Town, and Nancheng Town will firmly establish the idea of "a game of chess", take the river chief system as the starting point, and take the joint force of ecological and environmental protection in the Leifeng-Longmentan-Nancheng section of the Chanxi Basin as the main line, and continue to strengthen the joint consultation, joint inspection, joint governance, and joint publicity of the "river chief" forces in the area, promote interconnection and co-construction and sharing, and contribute to the eastern strength of building a happy and livable world porcelain capital.
