The cabbage in Sun Guomin's mouth is a typical representative of Baoshan's cold vegetables in recent years. Because of the unique alpine climate conditions, the cabbage produced in Baoshan is not only uniform in size, but also crisp and sweet in taste. "Our cabbage is grown in green, and the finished product is not only pollution-free but also tastes very good. This year, the Tianhechuan planting center plans to plant 250 acres of dryland cabbage, with a yield of about 6,000 catties per mu, and the output value per mu is expected to reach 3,000 yuan.
