World Health Day: My Health, My Rights

The National Health Commission has set the theme of China's propaganda campaign: Health for All, Promoting Health Together.

The definition of "health" is explained in the opening part of the Constitution of the World Health Organization: health is not only the elimination of disease or infirmity, but the complete state of physical, mental and social health.

Today, on World Health Day, we call on everyone to rethink what health means and to focus on and grasp the factors that can improve our health. These factors can be ubiquitous life chores, such as eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and getting good sleep, or they can be a decision, such as quitting smoking or having regular check-ups.

Mr. Martin Taylor, WHO Representative in China, and colleagues from the WHO China Office were the first to share their "health tips".

Patriotic Health Month

It aims to arouse the attention of the people of the whole country to health and health, improve people's quality and understanding of the health field, and emphasize the importance of health for labor creation and happy life.
