Bait blocks are generally roasted with fire, fried, stir-fried and other methods, is the daily breakfast and common dishes eaten in Kunming, Yunnan, known as the "great rescue driver" in Tengchong, it is said that the former Emperor of the Southern Ming Evaded the Qing Army, fled to Tengchong, the local villagers used bait blocks to entertain, feel delicious and give the name. Most of the methods of shredded bait are the same as boiling noodles, which are cooked in water and eaten. Most people in Yunnan like to eat rice noodles, only people around Dali like to eat bait silk, especially "grilled meat bait silk", the pork is cooked very cooked, you can easily play with chopsticks, etc., stir some meat shreds with some fat meat and meat skin, put into the cooked bait wire, add local sauerkraut, coriander, onions, etc. to become the grilled meat bait.
